In compliance with the extension of several states’ shelter-in-place orders through the month of April 2020, we will postpone the annual policyholder meeting for Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company and its subsidiaries originally scheduled for April 28, 2020.
Our bylaws allow for a delay up to six months for situations like COVID-19, with approval of the Board of Directors. When the shelter-in-place orders permit, we will reschedule the meeting and communicate the new date.
In the meantime, our 2019 annual report will be available online at fminsdev.wpengine.com/about-us/policyholder-report by the original meeting date of April 28. When it’s safe to do so again, we look forward to holding our annual meeting in this year of the 152nd anniversary of our founding.
